The New York Credit Union Association released its annual Membership Survey on Jan. 28, and all Association-member credit unions are encouraged to complete the survey by the end of the week.

The Association will use the feedback collected to measure successes, understand areas that may need improvements and plan for the years to come.

Association President/CEO William J. Mellin emailed the survey link to all of the member credit unions. For assistance with accessing the survey, contact the Association’s Member Relations Department at member.relations@nycua.org, or (800) 342-9835, ext. 8546.

The survey will be available until Friday, Feb. 14.
