Members of New York’s congressional delegation are contacting the New York Credit Union Association asking for information on what difficulties credit unions are having on being approved as SBA Paycheck Protection Program lenders. Specifically, the lawmakers would like to know what concerns credit unions have regarding becoming active PPP lenders.
The Association is conducting a brief online survey of New York’s credit unions to better understand the SBA and PPP lending landscape. The Association will use the information gathered from the survey to respond to lawmakers and determine how to best assist New York’s credit unions.
The survey includes a section where respondents can share thoughts, comments and suggestions.
All New York credit unions are encouraged to participate.
