The New York Credit Union Association is hosting a 2 p.m. Webex today that will cover the operational processes of the Paycheck Protection Program.
Today’s webinar will be led by the Association’s Bill Bywater, who will answer questions and share information related to PPP enrollment, processes and guidance. It is geared toward credit unions interested in participating in the program, as well as those currently approved to participate who may have technical or operational questions.

New PPP survey for CUs
The New York Credit Union Association yesterday released a new online survey to better understand the SBA Paycheck Protection Program lending landscape. With the initial funds depleted, and more likely on the way, the Association is seeking to gain a complete understanding of how New York’s credit unions responded to businesses’ needs during the first round of funding, and which credit unions plan to continue serving businesses through the PPP.
The Association will use the responses and information gathered from the survey to advocate for credit union interests at both the federal and state levels.
All New York credit unions are encouraged to participate in the survey.
