Three Rochester credit union leaders have been named to the Rochester Business Journal’s first “Power 33 List,” which recognizes “power players” in a variety of industries, including banking.
Rochester credit union leaders recognized on the list include:
- Laurie Baker, president and CEO, The Summit Federal Credit Union. Baker, who also serves on the New York Credit Union Association board of directors, took over as president and CEO in February after former CEO Mike Vadala retired. She previously served as vice president and chief operating officer at the credit union and was chair of the Association’s board of directors.
- Pamela P. Heald, president/CEO, Reliant Community Credit Union. Reliant’s assets have nearly tripled since 2007 and it has grown to more than 41,000 members, an increase of more than 30 percent under Heald’s leadership.
- Faheem Masood, president/CEO, ESL Federal Credit Union. Masood has served as president/CEO since 2016, and as ESL celebrated its 100th anniversary this year amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Masood and his team remained committed to the organization’s purpose of helping the community.
