Association seeks nominations for board of directors, chapter leadership councils

Nominations are currently being accepted for the New York Credit Union Association’s board of directors, and for positions on the chapter leadership councils, conducted entirely online.

Four Association director positions are open, and include three seats in Tier 1 (credit unions with up to $100 million in assets) and one seat in Tier 2 (credit unions with over $100 million in assets). Elected directors will hold office for three-year terms. For the chapter leadership councils, three positions (for each chapter) will be elected, and will also serve three-year terms.

Important dates:

  • Feb. 18: Nominations open;
  • April 20: Nominations close;
  • May 2: Elections begin;
  • May 16: Elections conclude:
  • June 19: Elected individuals will be announced during the Association’s Annual Meeting & Convention, EXCEL 22.
