During the meeting, the board will review an advanced notice of proposed rulemaking on compensation in connection with loans to members.
This will also be the first meeting under new Chairman Rodney Hood, who was named to the position earlier this week. Hood will be joined by new board member Todd Harper, also sworn in earlier this week.
The open meeting, which will be streamed live on NCUA’s website, will be followed by a closed meeting. Results from the meeting will be reported in The New York Minute.
