Earlier this week, New York Credit Union Association Compliance Director Linda Bow hosted a complimentary webinar for member credit unions to discuss and explain NCUA’s final rule on federal credit union bylaws. A recorded version of the webinar is now available on-demand.
The agency in September finalized a rule, which takes effect Jan. 2, 2020, intended to clarify and update federal credit union bylaws.
During the webinar, Bow:
- explains the areas and options within the federal credit union bylaws;
- updates participants on the final rule changes to the bylaws; and
- provides a comparison of the revisions.
