The CFPB’s Credit Union Advisory Council will meet via WebEx at 1 p.m. on Nov. 18, along with the Community Bank Advisory Council and Consumer Advisory Board, to discuss recent Bureau initiatives and mortgage market trends and themes specifically related to the impacts of COVID-19.
Topics of discussion will include:
- Implementing Dodd-Frank Act Section 1071;
- Dodd-Frank Act Section 1033 ANPR: Consumer Access to Financial Records; and
- Mortgage Trends and Themes Discussion: Mortgage Market Snapshot, Mortgage Complaint Analytics and Consumer Education Mortgage Resources.
