Young credit union professionals and volunteers can apply to “crash” the virtual 2021 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference. The deadline to apply is midnight on Jan. 31.
The “Crash the GAC” initiative is facilitated by the Cooperative Trust. Event crashers are credit union young professionals or volunteers who are sponsored to attend the conference with scholarships and can access additional content designed especially for them. Crashers receive professional development tools, meet virtually with industry leaders, network with peers and experience each event in a dynamic way.
The virtual 2021 CUNA GAC is set for March 2-4, with two unique opportunities for those who are passionate about serving others through cooperative finance.
- Option 1: The Cooperative Trust and CUNA are joining forces to offer 50 scholarships for crashers. Fifty crashers will receive free conference registration from CUNA. Applications are due by Jan. 31. Click here to apply. Any questions? Email cortneya@filene.org.
- Option 2: Your credit union covers your registration fee and you can simply register to participate in this year’s Crash the GAC experience. Click here for GAC conference fees. If you choose this option, you can apply at any time.
