Credit unions can learn about ways to create an inclusive culture for all

In its continuing commitment to bring awareness and educational programming on the subject of diversity, equity and inclusion to the membership, the New York Credit Union Association is collaborating with peer credit union leagues in the northeast to host an open conversation on the subject at 10 a.m. on April 8.

Participants in the complimentary webinar, “Creating an Inclusive Culture for All,” will hear from Keith Hunt, the state of Delaware’s first chief diversity and inclusion officer, whose early experience at Proctor & Gamble — which was predominantly white male in the mid 1970s — helped shape his philosophy and understanding around the possibilities of breaking down barriers around sex and racism within an organization.
