Resources provide ways to create healthy, sustainable work environment for staff exposed to trauma

Whether it is employees dealing with the impacts of the pandemic, gun violence, or any other event that has the potential to cause trauma, credit unions can access resources to help support the emotional needs of their workforce.

Originally prepared in response to the emotional impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, a new research series and workshop guide offers actionable steps for credit union leaders to help create healthy and sustainable work environments in an effort to help staff feel safe and supported in the midst of any type of exposure to trauma.
