C. Richard Wagner, a Municipal CU board member, has died. Wagner most recently served as the board’s third-vice chairman, and he previously served on the credit union’s supervisory committee.
“Richard Wagner was a committed and dedicated credit union volunteer, and a fixture in our movement for more than three decades,” said New York Credit Union Association President/CEO William J. Mellin. “The Association is deeply grateful for Richard’s contributions to the New York credit union movement, and we send our condolences to Richard’s friends, family and co-workers.”

Richard dedicated more than three decades of his life to serving MCU. He was committed to the Credit Union movement and was active at the City, State and Federal levels. His legacy at MCU is surpassed by his legacy as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Our deepest condolences are with the family and loved ones of C. Richard Wagner.
