Dalton Mayfield, who held the position of board chairman at 1199 SEIU FCU for more than 30 years, died last week. He was 76 years old.

In a statement, the New York City-based credit union said:

“The 1199 SEIU Federal Credit Union mourns the loss of its Chair, Dalton Mayfield.  Dalton passed away on March 14, 2018.  He has held the position of Chair for over 30 years.”

A wake will be held Monday, March 26, at the Robertaccio Funeral Home in Patchogue from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

A prayer and burial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27 at the Robertaccio Funeral Home, followed by burial at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Farmingdale.
