The Young Professionals Commission is hosting a networking meet-up in Albany on April 22 prior to the State Governmental Affairs Conference. The event will be held 7:30-9:30 p.m. at City Beer Hall on Howard St.
The networking meet-up is open to all young professionals and volunteers—those 39 or younger—of New York Credit Union Association member credit unions. Attendees do not have to pre-register.

The 2018 State GAC will be held April 23-24 in Albany. This year’s conference will again include a special YP Track for young professionals and volunteers. Alloya Corporate FCU will serve as the YP track education sponsor, and CUNA Mutual Group will serve as the legislative panel sponsor.
This year’s YP Track agenda includes:
legislative panel discussion, sponsored by CUNA Mutual Group;
networking;
guest speaker: Bill Patton, AVP lending and participations at Alloya Corporate FCU, discussing the topic, “Do You Know Your Competitors?” sponsored by Alloya Corporate FCU; and
advocacy tips, best practices and etiquette presented by Commission members Michael Mattone, Richard Sellwood and Jacqueline Noun.
