Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan will attend State GAC

Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan will make an appearance at the 2018 State Governmental Affairs Conference. During the conference, Sheehan is expected to present a proclamation recognizing and commending credit unions for their community-service work.

Sheehan, an attorney, has served as mayor since 2014 and previously held the position of Albany city treasurer. Before entering public service, Sheehan held a number of positions in the private sector, including with the law firm Bond, Schoeneck & King.

The 2018 State GAC will be held April 23-24 at the Renaissance Albany Hotel in Albany. The conference provides attendees with opportunities to build relationships and discuss credit union issues with some of the most influential figures in state government.
