Amanda Stallmer, talent acquisition leader at SEFCU, was named to the Albany Business Review’s 2019 “40 Under 40” list. This marks the 20th year the publication has published the annual list, which recognizes the Capital Region’s best and brightest young professionals.
Stallmer began her career in 2005 as a college intern with SEFCU. After earning her MBA from the University at Albany in 2009, Stallmer was promoted to talent acquisition leader in 2011. In her current role, Stallmer leads the team of recruitment professionals and hiring managers at the credit union. Through her leadership, the credit union implemented tools and processes that have directly impacted SEFCU’s ability to attract and retain talented employees.
