The New York Credit Union Association will partner with CUNA, the Credit Union League of Connecticut, the Cooperative Credit Union Association and the Association of Vermont Credit Unions to host a small credit union strategic planning workshop on Tuesday, July 16. The workshop will be held at the CAP COM FCU headquarters in Albany.
During the workshop, attendees will explore effective board planning best practices and review three case studies on thriving small credit unions, along with a takeaway guide that will take participants through the strategic planning process. The event will also offer attendees the opportunity to network with credit union professionals from throughout the east coast.
Those who register for the event are being offered a reduced registration rate of $119.
Attendees are encouraged to save the date and to keep an eye out for the official invitation and registration page in the weeks ahead.
