The New York Credit Union Association will partner with CUNA, the Credit Union League of Connecticut, the Cooperative Credit Union Association and the Association of Vermont Credit Unions to host a small credit union strategic planning workshop next Tuesday, July 16. The workshop will be held at the CAP COM FCU headquarters in Albany and registration is still open.

During the workshop, attendees will explore effective board planning best practices and review three case studies on thriving small credit unions. Participants will also receive takeaway materials to help guide credit unions through the strategic planning process.
