The New York Credit Union Association is pleased to welcome Zach Ogden and Rick Rand as management consultants on the Association’s member relations team.
Zach Ogden has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. His previous roles have focused primarily on business development, lending, training, branch management and customer service. Ogden will work with credit unions located in the Capital, Adirondack, Central New York, Utica-Rome and Southern Tier Chapters.
Rick Rand comes to the Association with over 15 years of experience working with credit unions in developing information technology and managed security solutions while assisting them with design, procurement, implementation and member service. Earlier in his career, Rand was also a small business owner and served as a business development representative for an election management system software company. Rand will be serving credit unions located in the Metropolitan, Long Island, Westchester-Rockland and Catskill-Hudson Chapters.
Marge Kazz will continue to serve as a management consultant for credit unions in the Erie-Niagara, Jamestown and Rochester Chapters. She will now be supporting credit unions in the Finger Lakes Chapter as well.
Ogden, Rand and Kazz report to Director of Member Relations Chris Pajak.
