CUNA Mutual Group will host a complimentary webinar for New York credit unions at 2 p.m. on Nov. 13 to explore multicultural population trends and their impact on financial services and credit union strategy.

The session will be led by Edgar Hernandez, CUNA Mutual Group’s senior multicultural strategy manager. Hernandez is responsible for advancing the efforts of CUNA Mutual Group’s new Multicultural Center of Expertise. The center analyzes data to better understand underserved consumers; develops new strategies and products to serve credit unions and their members; and builds coalitions with other entities to support similar efforts.
