InfoSight, the New York Credit Union Association’s online compliance site, is available as a benefit of membership to all Association-member credit unions. InfoSight recently unveiled a new website designed to create a more interactive and streamlined experience for users.

The new interactive dashboard includes a “Topics of Interest” area to create quick links to the topics credit unions need to access frequently. The “Recently Visited Pages” section will automatically populate to show where users have been. The “Recently Updated” area allows users to choose to receive news about updates to compliance areas of their choice.

The new layout has streamlined the way information is presented. Each topic has accordion tabs showing users all the resources available for that topic. Each tab contains specific information, which may include a summary, FAQs, detailed analysis, checklist or links to laws and regulations, as well as additional resources.

Topics that are completely state-specific are identified with “New York” in the title of the content. Topics of a federal nature with state content have an accordion tab showing “State Considerations.” Additionally, state laws, resources, FAQs or checklists are also identified as separate content with “New York” listed for easy reference.
