Bethpage FCU was named among “Long Island’s Top Work Places” by Newsday. Newsday had the consulting and research firm Energage anonymously poll more than 16,000 employees at 117 Long Island businesses, on everything from pay and benefits to leadership and company alignment.

Bethpage was named a “Top Large Employer,” and received high marks from employees for the company’s culture. Employees also have access to a number of clubs, including beach volleyball, bowling, basketball, reading and running, which are designed to foster closeness. Bethpage employees also noted the opportunities for advancement within the credit union as a positive.
