DFS Superintendent Linda Lacewell to present keynote address at 2020 State GAC

Attendees will hear directly from New York Department of Financial Services Superintendent Linda Lacewell at the New York Credit Union Association’s 2020 State Governmental Affairs Conference. Lacewell, one of the most influential policymakers in the state, will present the keynote address, discussing a variety of pressing issues affecting New York’s credit unions.

As credit unions are aware, the legislation and regulation coming out of Albany has a direct impact on their day-to-day operations, and the State GAC is a chance to actively advocate for the future of the New York credit union movement.

The 2020 State GAC will be held April 20-21 at the Renaissance Albany Hotel in Albany. The conference provides attendees with opportunities to build relationships and discuss credit union issues with some of the most influential policymakers in state government.

State GAC features networking opportunities, legislative and government updates, and both formal and informal meetings with lawmakers from throughout New York.
