To better understand and measure how credit unions are assisting their members and communities during current economic and public health crisis, the New York Credit Union Association has expanded its online survey.
As previously reported here and here, credit unions around the state are helping their members and communities in myriad ways during the coronavirus pandemic, and the Association is collecting and compiling examples through an online survey.
The Association seeks feedback from New York’s credit unions to learn more about how they are helping individuals cope with the coronavirus pandemic. The Association may use these credit union stories when meeting with lawmakers, penning comment letters to policymakers or in other advocacy-related efforts.
Information can be submitted on the Association’s website.
The Association is also seeking photos from credit unions illustrating the dedicated work credit unions are doing for their members and communities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Photos can be submitted to communications@nycua.org.
