“Resiliency Through Volatility — Managing Risk through the COVID Crisis,” will be presented by CUNA Mutual Group and Happy Money on June 10 at 2.m.
Panelists will explore market themes and the government response to COVID-19, as well as historical insights that can be applied to the current economic situation, addressing the risk landscape within lending and the credit union sector.
The event, which will be moderated by Scott Saunders, founder and CEO of Happy Money, will include the following panelists:
Bob Trunzo, president/CEO of CUNA Mutual Group, who will provide the kick-off;
Gary Cohn, former director of the U.S. National Economic Council and chief economic advisor to President Donald Trump, who will discuss the trajectory of the economic recovery and share his hypothesis for changes within financial services, among other topics; and
Ibo Dusi, chief risk & operations officer at Happy Money, who will share best practices on how credit unions can manage lending portfolios throughout economic downturns, while identifying prudent growth opportunities.
