CU pros, volunteers can register for Association’s Fall 2020 virtual events

The New York Credit Union Association has announced its Fall 2020 virtual event lineup, which will kick off with an “IRA A to Z” conference on Sept. 15, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This informative session will provide participants with everything they need to help guide members through their retirement savings journey.

Additional Fall events include:

 Sept. 23: Virtual Lending School. The Association’s virtual 2020 Lending School will deliver the expert insights and hands-on training credit union professionals need to take their lending program to a whole new level.

Oct. 6-7: Compliance & Legal Virtual Conference. This conference, focused 100% on the compliance and legal issues that impact credit unions, will prepare attendees to navigate complex regulations.

Oct. 16: Volunteer Leadership Virtual Conference. Join fellow directors and supervisory committee members for insightful presentations regarding volunteers leadership. No matter your title, this conference will provide participants with fresh ideas to help their credit union better serve their members.

Oct. 21: Virtual Association CEO Roundtable. This event will provide participating CEOs with a valuable platform to exchange ideas and discuss key issues.

Nov. 6: Virtual Marketing Conference. Geared toward credit union marketers, this interactive, entertaining conference is focused exclusively on marketing trends and strategies.

Frontline Compliance Certificate Program. The Association’s 2020 Frontline compliance certificate program is being offered as an on-demand series this year. In seven webinars, participants will learn all the key regulations that impact their daily work. Frontline compliance specialist certification is provided to participants upon completion.
