The New York Credit Union Association and other state leagues from across the country have partnered with CUNA to offer weekly complimentary webinars aimed at tackling the most important issues and subjects facing smaller-asset sized credit unions.

Geared toward credit unions with assets up to $100 million, the CUNA-League System Small CU Webinar Series, which is sponsored by CUNA Mutual Group, will include timely topics, including new member growth, technology best practices, succession planning, marketing, board engagement and much more.

Tuesday’s program set for 3 to 4:30 p.m., “Serving Members Online,” will focus on understanding members’ needs and the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion.

In this session, discussion will focus on potential delivery channels for that credit unions can offer their members, the growth in online delivery of financial services and how to protect your credit union and members from new threats of fraud.

With every league and CUNA committed to hosting a weekly webinar, sessions began Aug. 4 and are scheduled through spring 2021, allowing the Association to record and create a library of 30-plus sessions packed with ideas and actionable information to help credit unions.
