Credit unions can learn to effectively manage remote teams during MSIC webinar

Credit union professionals are invited to participate in a webinar focusing on the unique challenges and opportunities that businesses and credit unions face as they look to find alternative ways to continue providing outstanding service to membership, while trying to keep their staff healthy and engaged while working remotely.

The complimentary two-hour webinar, “Effectively Managing Remote Teams,” hosted by the Massachusetts Credit Union Share Corporation, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 17. The event will feature two leading experts on remote work practices, professors Prithwiraj Choudhury and Barbara Larson.

MSIC partners with the New York Credit Union Association to produce the Custom Performance Report for the state’s credit unions, distributed quarterly to nearly a third of credit unions in the United States.

The reports are available as a benefit of Association membership, and every report is customized to provide each credit union’s board and leadership with insights that can ultimately help improve the financial performance of their credit union. 2020 marks the 25th anniversary of the CPR, which many credit unions have found useful in helping to analyze their performance in relation to peers relevant to their institution and current industry trends.
