The Young Professionals Commission is hosting a virtual lunch and learn focusing on advocacy next week.
The event, set for noon to 1 p.m. on Oct. 28, will feature a legislative update and overview of election resource materials from Henry Meier, the New York Credit Union Association’s senior vice president and general counsel.
The YPC is a group of up to 19 credit union young professionals and/or volunteers from Association-member credit unions. These individuals, ages 39 or under, have been nominated by their credit union CEO and appointed by the Association’s President/CEO William J. Mellin.
The YPC represents and works to provide educational opportunities for the Young Professionals Network, an umbrella term for all of the young professionals and volunteers, ages 39 and younger, who work or volunteer at any Association-member credit union in New York.
Interested participants can register for the lunch and learn by clicking here. Additional information about the YPC is available on the Association’s website.
