Learn about vaccine implications on employment at complimentary webinar on Tuesday

Participants at a complimentary webinar on Tuesday, March 23 at 10 a.m. can learn about the employment implications related to COVID-19 vaccinations, hosted by the New York Credit Union Association.

As the COVID-19 vaccine rollout continues to progress, credit unions will need to determine if they will encourage, incentivize or mandate employees and prospective employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment. This webinar will cover important considerations for credit unions analyzing these options as well as related best practices.

John M. Bagyi, an attorney at Bond, Shoeneck & King, will lead the discussion. With years of experience advising employers in a broad range of industries, Bagyi provides practical, real-world advice, mindful of the need to balance the legal “ideal” with operational reality.

Interested participants can register on the Association’s website.
