
Nominations are being accepted for the New York Credit Union Association’s board of directors and for positions on the chapter leadership councils through Friday, April 23, and are being conducted entirely online.
Five Association director positions are open, three of which are the result of expiring positions and two are newly created seats. They include two seats in the asset tier up to $100 million; two seats in the asset tier $100 million and over; and one seat in the asset tier of $1 billion and over. Elected directors will hold office for three-year terms.
Important dates:
- April 23: Nominations are due;
- May 5: voting commences;
- June 14: voting concludes; and
- June 24: election results announced at the Association’s 2021 Annual Membership Meeting.
