Registration is open for the highly anticipated 2022 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference, set for Feb. 27 through March 3 — in-person — at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C.
The CUNA GAC is considered the premier event for political impact in the credit union industry, drawing thousands of credit union advocates from across the country each year. In addition to the keynote and educational session, the event will also include virtual meetings with some of the most influential policymakers in the country.
The New York Credit Union Association has again secured a hotel room block for New York credit union attendees at the Renaissance Washington, D.C. Hotel. Attendees should register for the event through CUNA, but secure lodging through the Association. Hotel details are available on the Association’s website.
Additional information, including agenda details and speakers, will be provided in the weeks ahead. Further, CUNA is actively monitoring and following the COVID-19 recommendations of the CDC. CUNA is in contact with event conference sites and local public health officials about proactive measures being taken to protect attendees, and as more updates and information becomes available, CUNA will communicate directly with registered attendees and the membership at large.
‘Crash’ the GAC
Young credit union professionals and volunteers can apply to “crash” the 2022 CUNA GAC! Applications to attend the event are open until Dec. 3.
