The New York Credit Union Association is conducting its annual survey of the Association’s membership, and your feedback is strongly encouraged! A link to complete the survey was sent to member credit unions on Nov. 9.

“As I have stated before, the annual membership survey is a critical strategic tool for the Association, our leadership and our board of directors,” said William J. Mellin, Association president/CEO. “We use your feedback to help set the strategic direction of the organization, and better understand where we are succeeding and where we might be able to improve.”
