Explore themes relevant to today’s CUs at first EXCEL 22 speaker event!

EXCEL 22 attendees can kick off the Annual Meeting and Convention hearing from the first speaker of EXCEL 22 on Thursday, June 16 at 3 p.m.

Attendees will hear from Paul Dionne, Filene Research Institute’s Research Director, who will discuss themes relevant to credit unions today, including:

  • digital transformation;
  • how to grow and stay sustainable and better serve members; and
  • the credit union value proposition.

At Filene Research Institute, Dionne’s focus areas include strategy, diversity, equity, and inclusion, member experience, innovation, operations, emerging technology, financial inclusion and the future of financial services.

Dionne provides a wealth of strategic-level thinking, research, and translation skills to credit unions, and he contributes directly to many of Filene’s research outputs relating to consumer finance and helps guide research design, execution, analysis, and the translation of findings into actionable insights.
