Henry Meier, New York Credit Union Association SVP/general counsel, has resigned from his position with the Association.

“I’m sure you join with me in thanking Henry for his years of service to the New York credit union community and wish him much success in his future endeavors,” said William J. Mellin, Association president/CEO.

Mellin said that he is currently taking this opportunity to review the Association’s management structure, while maintaining a commitment to best servicing New York credit unions. In the weeks ahead, Mellin will be working directly with Kristina Persaud, the Association’s legislative analyst, assisted by Cynthia Wheeler, legal assistant, to facilitate the Association’s legislative and regulatory advocacy initiatives.
