Highlights: 2022 Volunteer Leadership Conference

2022 Volunteer Conference attendees heard from David A. Reed, Esq., Reed & Jolly, PLLC, who explored “Building a Deeper Bench” with attendees, and how to “fish” for volunteers and “reel” them in.

The New York Credit Union Association’s 2022 Volunteer Leadership Conference did not disappoint and featured peer networking and insightful presentations designed exclusively for credit union board of directors and supervisory committee members.

The conference, held Oct. 14–15 at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Verona, included a range of presentations focusing on trends in growth, governance, and human resources, executive benefits, volunteer recruitment and more.

A big thank you to all of the speakers, sponsors and attendees! Photos from the Volunteer Leadership Conference can be viewed on the Association’s Facebook page.

“Disruptive and different” and “create disruption and be different” were Jeff Rendel’s (Rising Above Enterprises) two words to walk away with from the 2022 Volunteer Leadership Conference.
