Filene is launching a second run of its Credit Union Innovation Success Study and inviting up to 50 credit unions to enroll to participate free of charge.
The study measures the state of innovativeness of the credit union sector based on member experience and identifies opportunities for these institutions to differentiate themselves from traditional bank competitors and fintechs. New this year are questions to gain a better understanding of members’ perceived trust of their credit union and which unique aspects of innovation they value most.
In addition to industry-wide data on credit union innovation, participating credit unions receive a personalized, confidential benchmark report.
Deadline to enroll is May 31, and participation is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Access to results from the first Credit Union Innovation Success Study, in which 5,225 credit unions participated, is available on Filene’s website.
