The 2019 CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference concludes today in Washington, D.C. Over the course of four days, thousands of credit union advocates from across the country heard from diverse speakers.
Ronald McLean, the New York Credit Union Association’s SVP/chief engagement officer, will depart the organization on March 29. McLean has been appointed president/CEO of the Cooperative Credit Union Association, which is based out of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
Former New York Gov. George Pataki will address credit union advocates at the 2019 State Governmental Affairs Conference.
The New York Credit Union Association’s 13 statewide chapters play an important role in promoting cooperation among credit unions at the local level. A number of chapter events are scheduled for the weeks ahead.
The New York Credit Union Association has selected Kendra C.J. Rubin as its vice president of governmental affairs. Today marks her first day with the Association.
