NCUA will host a webinar at 2 p.m. today to outline the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund grant application process. As previously reported in The Point, low-income credit unions interested in applying for Community Development Revolving Loan Fund grants can begin submitting applications to NCUA on July 1.
NCUA’s Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives administers the Community Development Revolving Loan Fund grants as part of its mission to foster credit union development and effective delivery of affordable financial services for small credit unions, new credit unions, minority depository institutions and low-income-designated credit unions.
During the webinar, Kathryn Baxter, program analyst with the Office of Small Credit Union Initiatives, will be joined by Community Development Financial Analysts Ikenna Nwankpa and Susan Carter to discuss the grant program.
