Credit unions from the Central New York Chapter recently donated dozens of toys, crafts, and gift cards to the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Funds for the items were raised during the chapter’s annual clambake, which was held Sept. 19 in North Syracuse.

The donations were made last week to the Syracuse hospital.

“We would like to thank the members of NYCUA Central New York chapter for their generous donation of crafts supplies and toys to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital,” said Lorie Riedl, retail development director at the hospital. “As a Children’s Miracle Network member hospital, we have a strong relationship with our credit unions through the Credit Unions for Kids program, which raises money and awareness for specialized pediatric health care.”
