The New York Credit Union Association’s compliance department is available to assist member credit unions with compliance-related questions.

Every year, the Association’s compliance department responds to more than 5,000 calls and emails from member credit unions. The Association also monitors and analyzes proposals, and interprets final rules.

The Association’s compliance department is comprised of: Compliance Director Linda Bow; Senior Compliance Specialist Sarah Hodgens; and Shared Compliance Specialists Cara Babicz, Paula Lynch and John Starczewski.
