The New York Credit Union Association yesterday released its annual Membership Survey. CEOs/managers of all Association-member credit unions are encouraged to complete the survey.

The Association will use the feedback collected to measure successes, understand areas that may need improvements, and plan for the years ahead.

Association President/CEO William J. Mellin emailed the survey link to the main contacts at all member credit unions yesterday afternoon. For assistance with accessing the survey, contact the Association’s Member Relations Department at member.relations@nycua.org or (800) 342-9835, ext. 8546.

The survey will be available until Friday, Feb. 23.
