Officers and directors were named to the UsNet board at the shared branching network’s annual meeting. The New York-based credit union service organization provides access to more than 5,600 shared branches in and beyond the U.S., which represents the nation’s second largest network of financial institution branches.
The following UsNet board officers were elected to serve one-year terms: Chairman Mark Pfisterer, president and CEO of AmeriCU Credit Union; Vice Chairman Don Denofio, president and CEO of Saratoga’s Community FCU; Treasurer Lucy Halstead, president and CEO of First New York FCU; and Secretary Jim Doig, president and CEO of Sidney FCU.
Additionally, Tom Dambra, president and CEO of Family First of New York FCU, Eileen Nolan, EVP of Nassau Educators FCU, Mark Eberharth, SVP of Teachers FCU were elected to serve three year terms on the UsNet board.
