Why you should attend 2019 Lending School

The 2019 Lending School—hosted by the New York Credit Union Association—will again be offering two sessions—one in Albany, the other in Buffalo—on separate dates.

The Albany session will be held April 2-3 at Association headquarters. The Buffalo session will be held on April 4-5 at the Hilton Garden Inn on Genesee Street in Cheektowaga.

The annual event was created for credit union lenders and leaders to explore new innovative strategies that credit unions can leverage to remain successful. The event will also explore marketing initiatives and lending programs that have been proven to increase quality loan opportunities, profitability and membership growth, even during challenging economic times.

Brett Christensen, the popular instructor and owner of CU Lending Advice, will lead both separate events.

“Attending this training program will give your credit union’s lenders the education and motivation to make as many good loans as possible in all credit tiers,” said Christensen. “My personal and entertaining style will captivate you while also giving you the specific tools needed to improve lending and sales results once you return to work.”
