A new partnership between the New York Credit Union Association and Vibrant Creative will provide the state’s credit unions with a preferred agency that offers marketing, creative and consulting services.
Vibrant Creative, based out of Delmar, New York, is a brand development and online marketing agency. The agency was founded in 2002 and serves a wide variety of businesses and organizations, including numerous credit unions across the state.
Under the agreement, Vibrant Creative will provide a complimentary marketing assessment to every Association-member credit union that requests it. Additional services—including branding and marketing strategy, design and writing services, website design and development updates, video production and photography, online and social media marketing, email marketing, and tracking and reporting—will be provided at a preferred and reduced rate.
“Vibrant is thrilled to be able to lend our years of credit union marketing experience to Association members,” said Vibrant Creative CEO/Creative Director, Chris Quereau. “The more we can help the credit union movement, the better. From brand development to marketing plans, our creative team will be able to provide immense value to the membership.”
The partnership was facilitated after a number of the state’s credit unions expressed to the Association their need for marketing, branding and creative assistance.
“It’s no secret that modern credit unions need to do more with less,” said Association President/CEO William J. Mellin. “For many credit unions, their time is rightly being spent focusing on member service, regulatory compliance and day-to-day operations. That leaves little time to focus on marketing and other membership growth strategies. Vibrant Creative has a well-established track record of assisting credit unions in these areas, and I’m confident New York’s credit unions will find their expertise and services extraordinarily valuable.”
A webinar explaining the partnership and exploring Vibrant Creative’s services will be announced in the weeks ahead.
