CUNA survey seeks to quantify CU impact during government shutdown

CUNA is conducting a survey in an effort to find out how many loans, loan extensions, skip-a-payment waivers and other financial solutions credit unions nationwide were able to extend during the shutdown. Furthermore, CUNA wants to know how extensive these financial benefits were and where in particular the most support was shown across the country.

Credit unions are encouraged to fill out this survey by Thursday, Jan. 31. This information will help build a local, statewide and national narrative on how much credit unions serve their mission and structure in times of crisis, and also help everyone to better advocate the credit union difference.
