Linda Bow, director of compliance at the New York Credit Union Association, will facilitate two complimentary compliance webinars in May.

The first webinar will be Thursday, May 9, from 10-11 a.m., and will focus on the primary purpose of Regulation D. Bow will explain how Regulation D affects all credit unions and the session will review the specifics of the regulation.

The second webinar on Thursday, May 16, from 10-11 a.m., will focus on the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and will cover definitions, final action taken examples, resources, tools and guides, and more.

There will be a question-and-answer time during the discussion for attendees to hear best practices from other credit unions.
