Registration open for 2019 Discovery Conference

The complimentary online conference will provide attendees with key insights that will deepen their industry knowledge and advance their strategic planning.

The session will also include leading keynote speakers Tom Koulopoulos, founder & chairman of the Delphi Group; and Jim Marous, internationally recognized financial industry strategist, co-publisher of the Financial Brand and owner and publisher of the Digital Banking Report.

Koulopoulos will discuss ideas to drive an organization’s efforts to increase innovation and better ways to leverage its creativity. His keynote presentation will also focus on how issues of culture, generations and leadership impact how innovation occurs.

Marous will focus on the trends that are impacting the credit union industry the most  and how credit union employees and members can respond to them.

The session will also include hot topic chats focusing on current trends and understanding member pain points from recent consumer borrowing research. Steven Rick, chief economist for CUNA Mutual Group, will discuss the global economy and specifically, how the overall financial sector and Federal Reserve affect the U.S. economy, as well as an in-depth discussion about interest rates. He will also explain the trends of savings and loan activity and weigh the influence of future economic events on growth patterns out into 2020 and beyond.
