CUNA Mutual Group’s complimentary webinar on multicultural population trends’ impact on financial services and credit union strategy has been rescheduled for 11 a.m. on Nov. 20. The webinar was originally scheduled for Nov. 13.

The session will be led by Edgar Hernandez, CUNA Mutual Group’s senior multicultural strategy manager. Hernandez is responsible for advancing the efforts of CUNA Mutual Group’s new Multicultural Center of Expertise. The center analyzes data to better understand underserved consumers; develops new strategies and products to serve credit unions and their members; and builds coalitions with other entities to support similar efforts.
