New York Credit Union Association Compliance Director Linda Bow will lead a webinar at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 10, to discuss and explain NCUA’s final rule on federal credit union bylaws. The agency in September finalized a rule, which takes effect Jan. 2, 2020, intended to clarify and update federal credit union bylaws.
During the webinar, Bow will:
- explain the areas and options within the federal credit union bylaws;
- update participants on the final rule changes to the bylaws; and
- provide a comparison of the revisions.
